How The VRASEL Works

1) Campus Demo

We bring the VR arena to your campus for a live demo so students and staff can experience VRASEL in action and gauge interest.

2) Join the League

Your school signs up for the season, locking in participation in the VR Arena-Scale Esports League.

3) Form Teams & Plan

Select your teams, schedule your 12 arena hours, and confirm a campus location for your matches.

4) Game Days

We show up on your scheduled dates, set up the arena, and run the matches; equipment, staffing, and facilitation included.

Format & Seasons

Season Play

Each school gets 12 arena hours per semester for official league play.

  • Schedule them in blocks that fit your calendar. Spread them out, or use them all at once.
  • We bring the arena, staff, and gear to your campus.
  • Use hours for matches, make-ups, training, or leaderboard pushes.

Game Types

  • Co-op Team High Score — your squad plays together to set the best team score.
  • Co-op Solo High Score — play cooperatively while each player also posts an individual score.
  • PvP 3v3 — competitive head-to-head rounds with rotating maps and modes.

Titles rotate by season to keep things fresh and balanced.

Divisions & Competition

  • Intra-school — teams at the same school compete for campus rankings.
  • Regional — schools compare verified high scores across the region.
  • Season Event — a central meet brings VRASEL schools together for PvP highlights.

Trophies!

Grand Trophy

A championship trophy awarded to the team that wins across all participating colleges in the VRASEL season.

Big School Trophy

A large trophy presented to each school’s top team, the pride of their campus arena.

Medallions

Silver and bronze medallions given to the 2nd and 3rd place teams at each school.

~20′×20′ clear floor for the arena plus a small desk for gear swaps and cleaning.

Is it safe for beginners?

Yes. We match games to your crowd, do a quick tutorial, and staff every match.
